Cup of fritware painted with black enamel under a turquoise glaze. Small cup with slightly spreading foot and lip. Inside, the bottom is painted with a flower spray. Inside and outside, just below the lip, is a tooth pattern. Below this, on both sides, are triangular panels of pierced decoration filled with glaze, the triangle separated by bands of hatching. Below, on the outside, the cup is surrounded with a band of tooth pattern. The lower part of bowl is enclosed by an openwork casing, the baluster shaped parts of this is decorated with formalised flowers.
