This clockwork toy is made from printed and pressed mild steel with two driving wheels and one steering wheel which changes the direction of travel at random. There is a sniper figure which pops out of the top to fire. If fitted with a flint, a noise and sparks would be made. The box is blue and red cardboard, printed with the title, an illustration and and Louis Marx and Company Ltd., 200 Fifth Avenue, New York.
