This lead plaquette depicts the feast of Midas to welcome Silenus. In the middle ground nude women, men and satyrs are shown seated around a circular table furnished with plates of food, talking and listening to music. In the background there is a tree-lined path leading to a hilltop town while in the foreground, on the right a man reclines, on the left and two baby satyrs are eating from a large dish on the ground, and on the left a large urn. The composition is based on a design by Guglielmo della Porta.
