A hunting scene, mother of pearl relief, Dutch, first half of the 18th century
Physical description
In the centre a boar goring a man is attacked by a horseman on the right and two huntsmen on foot on the left. All have spears and round caps. There are also two hounds attacking the boar. In the background two trees and on the right a palm-tress. The gilt mount has a loop and ribbon above.
