Relief in mother of pearl. The Virgin sits holding a book by her desk on the right. The angel kneels upright on the left holding a scroll. Behind in the centre a round table with a book. A child surrounded by a vessica and bearing a cross flies downward from the glories on the left and is preceded by the Dove. The background is formed by a house on which are climbing two grotesque animals.
