Ewer, fine earthenware, the circular body (flattened on the front and the back) sits on a flared foot, which has a section missing on one side. The centre of the body is decorated, front and back, with a set of concentric circles moulded in relief. The neck has a protruding 'collar', which attaches to the ewer's arching handle, the ewer covered with a 'glassy' translucent amber glaze over a slip.

Physical description
