Tube like in plain pink with a soft piece of black cotton (7.6 cm wide) attached to the top to serve as a waist band. Lower part of the garment decorated with 1 cm. wide gilt braid.
It was worn folded in a large pleat to the left side. The excess cloth is tucked in at the waist.
