This sculptural design is a fine example of Catherine Rayner's sleek and sophisticated wedding dresses. It has a boned and corsetted bodice, and flat- fronted tapered skirt with back bow, which creates a bustle effect. It is shown without a veil and the other decorative accoutrements associated with traditional wedding gowns. [1997]
