Physical description

Print depicting a seated Greek woman, possibly Penelope, holding a skein of wool. She is dressed in a chiton with a peplos over her knees; her hair is gathered into a bun and decorated with bands or circlets. A female servant, dressed in a loose flowing robe, stands next to her mistress, holding a fan of peacock feathers.
