Rag paper packet containing a plastic wallet with 10 woven silk cuttings. No selvages.

1) Cream twill ground with 'old rose' pink cut velvet stripes.
2) Cream ribbed effect ground with green silk extended tabby weave.
3) Cream ground. Narrow cut velvet stripes in green. Brown and pink scattered dots broken by cream floating wefts. Slight Z-twist.
4) Cream ground in plain weave with offset areas of green extended tabby linked by cream chevron patterning.
5) Cream ground in plain weave. Ribbed appearance broken by stripe of green silk in extended tabby.
6) Cream ground in plain weave. Ribbed appearance with band of 3 threads of yellow silk and stripe of small semi-circular motif of black and green.
7) Dark cream ground in extended tabby between bands of ribbed silk in bronze brown.
8) Cream ground in plain weave. Ribbed appearance broken by narrow stripes of rose pink.
9) Golden weft with cream warp. Ribbed striped appearance.
10) Cream ground of plain weave extended tabby (basket weave) alternating with shapes of dark grey and yellow silk flanking two bands of tarnished (silver?) metal thread S-wrapped on yellow silk core.
