The bottle is a circular flattened flask form with shoulders sloping up to a cylindrical neck and no stopper.
It is a made of mottled semi-opaque white glass with overlay of red glass carved in relief.
The carved relief depicts a boy holding ruyi sceptres, a girl holding a vase containing ruyi sceptres, a figure, perhaps a dancer, with scarves, and a bat. On the reverse there is a girl holding perhaps a peach, a boy with a basket and a bat overhead.
The high slightly splayed foot is formed by red glass overlay with an angular indentation.
