Full-sized design (on 3 sheets joined) for a textile pattern with two alternating leaf shapes, one filled with the motif of a pineapple and with bell-shaped flowers on the outer edge of the leaf shape, and the other filled with the motif of a bunch of bell-shaped flowers. The two shapes are joined by ogee stems.

Inscribed 'Curtain of library; This ground colour is / much too light. It is intended / to be the usual colour of / rich red utrect [sic] velvet' and verso (probably in J.G. Crace's hand 'Pattern for velvet'
