Shoulder- and strapless long dress of parachute silk (from WWII) in various stages of disintegration. Dress open down the back with leather straps and buckles closure. Two leather straps, like handles, on each side at hip level. Cotton cord drawstrings vertically down the dress, evenly spaced, ruching the fabric. Machine stitch silk thread.
