High-fired earthenware planter, handbuilt from slip-cast elements. Of rounded basket-like form, the rim cast from rolled fabric. Decorated with coloured glazes and transfer-printed flowers. According to the artist, an earthenware clay was used, but fired to around 1200 degrees, using stoneware glazes.
