Designs (2) for cartouches framing a figure of St Sebastian and St Jerome
Pen and ink and wash
7 ¼ x 4 ¾ (183 x 121) E.258 and 259-1910

PROVENANCE Given by Mrs Robert Low

Formerly catalogued as ‘Dandini’, though there seems to be no good reason for ascribing the drawing to any member of the family. The figure of St Sebastian in no. 1246 has been pricked for transfer.
