Spherical teapot with short straight spout and plain loop handle of circular section; low footrim and with a low collar to take the cover (missing). Painted on one side with a large spray of flowers and leaves; the main flower being a tulip surrounded by three insects and a sprig consisting of a rose with leaves; on the reverse, a spray composed of two addorsed roses, a small tulip, surrounded by four insects and a small rose-sprig. The outlining is executed in a bright mauvish-pink.
