Casket, brass alloy with silver and gold inlay, the lid and four sides all depicting a drinking enthroned ruler set against background of spiralling foliate scrolls and angular rosettes, accompanied by two musicians on the front and back, and by two mace-wielding bodyguards on the lid. The sloped shoulder of the lid features a long pseudo-inscription with human faces in the Arabic letter-forms.
