Bowl in underglaze blue and 'cafe-au-lait' ground on the outside overpainted in enamel colours; with spreading lip and high straight-sided foot rim. Inside the bowl below the rim is a border of foliage; on the bottom a flower with leaves enclosed by two concentric circles enclosing a mark composed of a double cross in a square, all painted in underglaze blue. The outside of the cup is decorated with three sprays of leaves and flowers (one with a bird standing on it) in opaque white, green and maroon enamels. Overdecorated in England.
