Plate, in the centre is an unusual design of a pavilion among waves and an octagonal diaper ring among a spray of flowers, all within a double circle. Round the rim is an uneven pattern, half filled with diamond diaper and half with buds reserved against a blue ground, and with additional daisy sprays. Outside are two sketchy floral sprays. The rim is strengthened with brown slip dressing.
