With straight sides and a rising loop handle; with a European harbour scene with boats and figures by a jetty, with a broken column on the left and a fenced park on the right. This is enclosed within an irregularly-shaped cartouche framed in gilt scrollwork partly filled in with a 'rose-lustre' enamel. There is a band of similar scrollwork inside the lip; the handle is wholly gilt. Painted in the style of Meissen porcelain from Germany.
