This poster was first designed by Barbara Kruger to promote a ‘Pro-Choice’ march on Washington, DC, in 1989 supporting legal abortion, birth control and women’s rights. It has subsequently been reproduced in various languages. This Polish edition was issued in 1991.
Kruger’s work is characterised by bold red-and-white typographic script, as used on tabloid newspapers, combined with photographic imagery.
