1 of 10 plates from an original series of 38 or 41. Geymuller suggests these were designs for external balustrades e.g. lucarnes and windows, however as Yves Pauwels (Tours, Centre d'études supérieures de la Renaissance) has pointed out, their application would have been considerably wider than this.
