Physical description

Watercolour drawing entitled 'March'. Several people are depicted in a street, being buffeted by the wind. Three gentlemen have lost their hats which are being blown along the ground, whilst a lady is struggling with an umbrella which has turned inside out. Signed with initials R. C. in ink.
