Place of origin |
This is a poster for the drinks manufacturer Coca-Cola. Herbert Leupin (1918-1999) executed a large number of poster commissions in the 1950s and 1960s. Humour was conveyed by his cartoonist style of drawing, often juxtaposed with an innovative use of typography and photomontage. The photomontage was generally composed of the company logo or packaging, thus keeping the message succinct.
