Colour print depicting a man and woman in an ornate garden. The man is standing just behind the woman and is gazing at her face whilst she turns to look at him. On the floor in front of the couple is a sheet of paper. In the right corner of the foreground there is a classical style fountain decorated with cherubs. Just visible behind the fountain is a peacock perched on a balustrade. The corner of a flower bed filled with plants is illustrated in the lower left corner.
