Pewter dish cast in relief with a figure of Fame; round the rim: three medallions with equestrian portraits of Hannibal, Horatius and Marcus Curtius (after Georg Pencz); between the medallions: a battle scene (after Hans Sebald Beham), a triumphal procession with the date 1567 (after the monogrammist VG) and Orpheus charming the beasts (after Virgil Solis). The model may have been made by B.I. (the maker of 1133-1905). Mark: Nicolaus Horchaimer of Coblenz (working at Nüremberg 1561-1583).
