The medal was made by Gianfrancesco Enzola of Parma, who was working between the years 1456-1475 (died after 1512).

Medal depicts on the obverse the bust to the rigth of Piermaria Rossi, Count of Berceto, in armour, wearing a cap. Inscription. On teh reverse Rossi in full armour, on horseback, charging to the right, with drawn sword. Inscription.
