Object history | This etching shows a gallery in the Victoria and Albert Museum in 1876-81,when it was called the South Kensington Museum. The East or Sheepshanks picture galleries are now Rooms 96 and 97, which until recently formed part of the Textile Study Galleries and are currently under redevelopment (as of March 2012). |
