Object history
The design was commissioned by Mac Fisheries Ltd. A note on the back of the frame records that the design is identical with the "Sheila" registered trade mark used widely between 1925-39 for fish products of the company. The tile was bequeathed by John Blatch, who had been Company Secretary of Mac Fisheries.
