Physical description

Thirteen straw decorations for hats attached to fabric covered card. The straw has been flattened and die stamped from a sheet of straw marquetry into ivy-leaf shapes of different sizes and designs, and formed into strips of about 127 mm (5 inches) with plaited horsehair and glass bead decoration.
