Design for a woman's afternoon or garden-party dress, hat and parasol. The dress, of cloudy-grey silk, is draped and wrapped around the body with long sheer, flared sleeves and overlay of co-ordinating chiffon. The side drapery on the skirt and bodice are both embroidered with a large cobweb motif. Sash of sea-green silk, which matches the wide-brimmed hat trimmed with sprays of black flowers and the cover of the parasol, which is edged with black and blue floral braid and has a rose-tinted grey lining.
