Brief description	Design for a town hall with a clock and tower. Pencil, pen and ink and water-colour drawing by Edward William Godwin, ca.1876. On the back are sketches by J. A. McNeill Whistler for a panel in the Peacock Room, and part of a design by Godwin for a frontispiece to 'Art Furniture from designs by E. W. Godwin...'. ca.1876.
