Printed as a blue ground, with yellow fish and top background, with blue text, waves of pink on top of sea. Blue & yellow line border, with pink outline border. The design features two figures; a male figure representing the sea god Neptune, holding a large fish with the text Neptunes Notion on its side, with an attendant in the foreground. At the lower edge of the sheet, some 13 ticket outlets are listed in a more legible type-face. The Family Dog crest is in the lower-right corner of the design, all in pink.
