A lozenge-shaped shawl clasp or digra typically used in western Tibet to hold together the two ends of a woman's shawl over the chest. This forms part of a complete set of traditional female costume and jewellery from Ngari, western Tibet (IS.6-24-1999).

Physical description | A lozenge-shaped silver plate set on its front with parallel bands of pearled wire and filigree wire. Just inside each corner are cloisons holding turquoises (bottom centre one missing); a larger turquoise in a cloison decorates the centre. On the back of the plates are two hooks. |
