"A pancatirthika brass image of the Tirthankara Kunthanatha seated in meditation pose on a cushion placed on a lion-throne. Four other Tirthankara are shown around him, two standing by his side and two seated on top. Two attendants are shown standing and holding a fly-whisk (camara) each at the corners and a yaksa attached to the Tirthankra with his yaksi are shown seated below to the right and left of the throne respectively, the heads of nine planetary deities (nava-graha) are shown below them. Two human figures are shown below at the corners, may be representing the donors. The back-rest of the throne shows makara-heads and on top two elephants are poring water on the head of the Tirthankara. Circular pots with the branches of the tree of enlightenment (kevala-jnana) are shown on top of the shrine."

Translation
Trans.: "In the Vikrama year 1525 (ie: 1468 AD) on the eighth day of the bright half (of the month) of Caitra on Thursday... the image of Kunthanatha was caused to be made by the merchant Salhi belonging to the Pragvata (family) with his wife Habhu, with the son, merchant Sajana, (his) wives Nugamga, Nika, Dala (and other relatives for their own with brothers Ganika, Dala and other relatives for their own welfare, (which was) installed in the illustrious Brhad-gaccha in the pattavali of the learned (and) illustrious Thakatabhadra-suri by the learned (and) illustrious Kamalacandra- suri.
