Print, three-quarter-length portrait of a man, turned to right and looking to front; the sitter is wearing armour, a cloak and long wig, and is holding a baton in his right hand; in the right background is a cavalry skirmish. Below are three lines of titles, followed by 12 lines of Latin verses, arranged in two columns.
