recto: Under a curtain at upper right, a servant brings food to an unoccupied table in a loggia; at centre an elegant couple lean over a chair beside a clumn, and a dog runs up to the steps on their left. In the distance, an empty carriage waits beside a wooded garden
verso: Three elegant couples, one strolling in the garden in the left distance, one seated under the loggia at left and one standing behind a pedestal at far right, with two dogs nearby; in the right background, a servant is bringing food to a table or cleaning it
