Picture consisting of a cotton appliqued piece of work. The work is attached to a board. The top of the picture is made up of strips of blue fabric and netting, with a large sun mainly made of green fabrics with an orange centre and gold gauze on top of the sun. Underneath the sun are zig zag lines in green and gold to make the reflection on the blue fabrics on the bottom third of the picture. The bottom quarter of the picture has green wool woven fabric with purple fabric on top of it. The purple fabric has small holes cut out of it which makes up a swirling pattern. At the base of the picture are long black stitches and circles of velvet and felt.
