Translation
"The enemies of the Five Year Plan: The landowner looks like an angry dog. The Kulak sniffs with his fat nose. The drunkard from grief drinks to excess. The priest howls with a piercing voice. The money-loving journalist hisses, The capitalist sharpens his tusks, The Menshevik gets extremely wild. The White Fighter used bad language. Dogs not chained to kennels, and all who stand for the old evil, will curse the Five Year Plan and proclaim war on it, threaten it with failure under standing that in it is their certain destruction."
