Cast lead well cover, consisting of a hollow stem tapering towards the top which is surmounted by a crown and standing on the base of a circular section. Below the crown are three dimidiated eagles. From the bottom of the stem projects a figure of the lion with a figure of the United Provinces of the Netherlands. Three lion head spouts also feature above.

Physical description
Cast lead well cover, consisting of a hollow stem tapering towards the top which is surmounted by a crown and standing on the base of a circular section. Below the crown are three dimidiated eagles.
