Dark red sash, matching the head-wrap, and a flowing white veil worn on top. On the right, the Spanish costume is a dark mustard-coloured bodice with low neckline and white puffed fabric details on the sleeves, and a black ankle-length skirt, both trimmed with deep bands of black netted fringe, and a gold cap trimmed with a large black fringed cockade. Both women hold masquerade masks.
