One of 37 sheets with copies of frescoes and mosaics originally by several artists including Raphael, Gianfrancesco Penni, Francesco Salviati and other artists. They are copied from Santa Maria del Popolo, Santa Maria della Pace and the Villa Farnesina, Rome.
A depiction of 'Hosea, Jonah, David and Daniel'. The two figures shown in this image are 'Hosea' and 'Jonah', labelled underneath them as 'Abacvch' on the left, and 'Iona' on the right, both males holding boards, with writing visible on the one on the left. There is an angel behind them who is looking at 'Abacvch', and pointing upwards. There is also another angel at the top of the image, depicted as a child, who 'Iona' is looking at.
