Physical description
St. Valentine's Day greetings telegram, issued by the GPO 14 February 1936. Colour half-tone and letterpress, designed by Rex Whistler. A rectangular frame surmounted by a cartouche decorated with pendant garlands held up by winged cherubs at either side, against a backround of a starry sky.
