"The beautiful Diana aroused to illicit pleasure by Shechem" The print illustrates the first verses of Genesis 34 "When Shechem, son of Hamor the Hivite ... saw [Dinah], he took her, and lay with her, and defiled her."
The print came to the Museum as part of the Cyril Beaumont Bequest.
