A model castellated house of three storeys made primarily of card. The first and second floors overhang all round the building. The supports at the front are of stone effect, those at the side are wood. The front door is on the narrow side and is painted green. There is a lantern to its left. The first floor has a window box on the right window. There is a circular turret overhung to the left of the building. It is painted with a grey stone effect and has a conical brown roof. The windows on the sides of the building are all latticed. The building is painted grey, the windows green. The window panes are made of celluloid. The roof has a brown tile effect made by a regular pattern of small rectangles of paper. There is a chimney made of card painted grey with extra rectangles of card stuck on to give a brick effect. The building is hollow with the back cut out and open.
