A model public house in a Mock Tudor style of three storeys made primarily of card. The first and second floors overhang at the front. There is a separate small overhang at first floor level on the right side of the building. Also on this side is a coal bunker at ground floor level. The second floor has one small gable window. The building is painted grey with brown beams and supports. The door is mustard coloured and the windows are white. The roof is plain and coloured purple. The chimney is grey. The building is hollow with the back cut out and open.
