A model house in a Mock Tudor style of three storeys made primarily of card on a wooden base. The first and second floors overhang all around the building. The second floor only has one window in the eaves on the right side. The building is painted white with black beams and supports. The door and windows are red. The roof is beige and has a tile effect made by a regular pattern of small rectangles of paper. The chimney is white. There is a cut out design above the door. The building is hollow with the back cut out and open.
