A model shop in a Mock Tudor style comprising three storeys and made primarily of card. The ground floor has an open doorway and an opened-paned window to the right front and side. The first and second floors overhang all around the building. The second floor has two gable windows. The building is painted grey with brown beams and supports. The windows are blue. The roof has a red ridged tile effect made by using corrugated paper. The chimney is grey with a painted stone effect. The building is hollow with the back cut out and open.
