A model house in a Mediterranean style with shuttered windows made primarily of card. It has three storeys and stands flush on a black card base. The outside is painted beige with green windows and shutters. There is a green strip painted around the base of the building. The roof is a terra cotta colour with a white ledge and two beige chimneys. The doorway is set in a pillared porch. The building is hollow with the back cut out and open.
