Physical description

Two colourways of screen printed cotton sewn together. A golden, floral, ogival lattice encloses sprays of golden flower silhouettes on a background of marbled stripes.
There is a label in a plastic holder on the front and another one on the back of each colourway. They identify Switzerland as the country of origin.
Both colourways retain both selvedges, but the right selvedge is turned back and hemmed. The selvedge text reads ' POLONAISE from the Collection TRADITIONAL IMPRESSIONS by Warner Copyright (c) MCMLXXXLVIII by Warner Fabrics PLC '.
